Mission and Vision Statement

The coalition is comparable to a community steering committee made up of members that represent a broad spectrum of the community.  These members help define the needs within the Izard County community, prioritize those needs, and participate in the decision making to support action plans to meet those needs.  They also work to support the mission, purpose, programs and services of the coalition.

Our Vision

Izard County will be a place where everyone has available resources necessary to achieve a maximum level of wellness.

Participation in the coalition is voluntary and open to the recruitment of new members.   Membership is rich in rural health experience and most agencies represented have been working in this field for numerous years.  Their commitment to assisting the most vulnerable and fragile members of our communities has been continually demonstrated.

Mission Statement

It is our mission to assure resources are available through collaboration, coordination, and cooperation, to encourage a healthier quality of life in our county.
