The Substance Abuse Prevention Committee is a sub committee of the coalition.  Membership consists of coalition members most interested in substance abuse prevention in Izard County.  We strive to ensure that all sectors of the community are included in representative to provide substance abuse prevention to all areas of Izard County.  The committee maintains oversight for programmatic and fiscal aspects of the coalition's prevention programs.
